I am an aspiring IT professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computing & Information Technologies at Rochester Institute of Technology. With a keen interest in networking and technology deployment, I have honed my skills in various programming languages and operating systems, and I am also a certified technician for Dell and Apple devices.
Since June 2016, I have been troubleshooting technical issues, managing student records, and deploying various hardware and network systems. My role involves extensive use of management software and providing training sessions to staff.
During my time at Leap Event Technologies, I focused on deploying Apple Content Caching Servers, packaging applications for deployment, and handling general helpdesk tasks.
I have led several impactful projects, including piloting Chromebooks in a high school setting, creating server and client systems using UDP for file transfer, and deploying Avaya J-Series IP Phones.
I am actively involved in Hearts With Hammers, contributing to home renovations for a better quality of life. Additionally, I have been a part of Odyssey Of The Mind, where I led summer training camps and helped teams develop creative solutions to problems.
